Journal Prompts for the Full Buck Moon

A full moon will take place July 21, 2024. The Old Farmer’s Almanac traditionally refers to the full moon in August as the Buck Moon.

I love using the full moon as a chance to reflect on how my goals are shaping up, places where I need to let go, and committing to actions for the next 30 days.

Male deer shed their antlers each year and at this point in the year, their antlers are growing back bigger and better than the previous set. We have a few on our property right now with their velvety antlers that have gone from 0-huge overnight it feels! I like to use this time, especially at a midpoint of the year, to celebrate my achievements this year. It’s something I don’t do often enough. It’s also a great time to reflect on my goals and where else I may be needing some additional growth.
